How do I apply for an in-store job?

If you’re interested in becoming a Covetique Sales Associate simply stop by our store location to submit your resume and ask to speak with the manager.

 

Shopping the Site

How do I add an item to my cart?

You can add an item to your cart by first clicking the size you want in that item and then clicking "Add to Cart".

 

Shipping

My order has been shipped, but I still am unable to track it. How do I find it?

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available. If after 48 hours you still are unable to track the package then please contact us via email at covetiqueclothing@gmail.com or by phone at 954-505-3122.

 

Shipping Costs

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $75 with code: FREESHIP. 

All orders under $75 will be $8.00 Flat Rate Shipping.

Next Day: $20.00

 

Returns

How do I return an item?

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

Items must be unworn, unaltered and original tags must be attached to be eligible for return. Items must be shipped back and postmarked within 14 days (unless 14th day falls on a Sunday or a Holiday) from the date the items were delivered to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items will be refunded with online store credit only. All sale items, final sale items, accessories, and undergarments will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

All additional shipping charges (going and coming) will be paid by the customer.

What does Final Sale mean?

When an item is marked as "Final Sale," it is unable to be returned or exchanged for a store credit or reimbursement of any kind. Final sale items include all sale and clearance items.
